Guy freedom on the continent of Africa!

Guy right appears to have become an Euphoria in the diplomatic communities, Western powers and African Governments.US and UK are pushing for integration of this so-called 'New Culture' on this continents (Africa)
US secretary of state Hilary Clinton just recently in Geneva, called for the right of Guy people to be RESPECTED!

" Gay people are born into and belong to every society in the World", Mrs Clinton.
"being Gay is not a Western invention. it is a Human reality!
Homosexual acts are illegal in most African countries, viz  key Western Allies- Uganda, Nigeria,Egypt, Kenya and Botswana. why is it hard for Guy right to be considered Normal on this continent Africa.
Cultural, Africans believe that This New Phenomena is Uncultured or if i may use the word Taboo
However, the church is lobbying for this issue to be carpeted!

Can same-sex be really considered as a norm on the continent of Africa??
