A warsaw court has upheld a decision  preventing a Chilean gay from purchasing a property in Gdansk, Northern part of Polandunder polish law, the Chilean gay is obliged to Demonstrate ties with poland in order to purchase property in Gdansk. The buyer made his initial application to Gdansk authourity in 2013, stating his intention to purchase the property in question, being a polish family via a civil partnership with a polish man in the UK. However, his application was denied by Gdansk authourity, because, civil partnership is not recognized in poland, Hitherto, he cannot be a member of a polish family.

Poland's interior ministry agreed to the decision, but the Chilean took the case to the Regional Administrative court in warsaw  with HESINSKI  FOUNDATION FOR HUMAN RIGHT as a co-applicatant.
The Chilean had vowed to take the case to Poland's SUPREME ADMINISTRATIVE COURT.

Can this Chilean make a break-through?
