Angela Merkel has vehemently condemed US insult with regards to Ukraine!Victoria Nuland has apologised to the comments hse made conserning EU role during talks with Ukraine's government.
A recording of the Exchange was posted online, US accusses Russia of Bugging and leaking this conversation.
Ms Nuland- US Assistance Secretary of State has declined comment on this in Kiev.
State department said she had apologised to the EU Officials.
Russia had accused US and EU of interferance. The transcript of all the whole conversation was in Russia.
